Your guide to
body contouring
THE GRACE LIGHT GUIDE
One silhouette. Three different stories underneath.
Fullness. Dimpling. Definition. They can appear in the same area, but they don’t begin in the same tissue. Explore what lies beneath the surface, then see how the treatment options connect.

BENEATH THE SURFACE
Start with the tissue.
Then the technology.
Choose a layer to follow its story. This simplified diagram shows relationships, not treatment depth or a predicted result.

THE SURFACE STORY
Texture is more
than skin deep.
Cellulite involves fat and the connective fibers linking it to skin. Those relationships help create dimpling. It can appear on lean bodies too and is generally harmless.

MEET THE TREATMENTS
Meet the options. Understand the fit.
Each option begins with a different question. Read the overview, explore the mechanism, and use the provider questions to make your consultation more useful.
01
ULTRASOUND / LOCALIZED CONTOUR
EkoShape Cavitation Fat Reduction
Grace Light’s cavitation option uses ultrasound energy for localized body contour concerns. Ultrasound devices can act on fat beneath the skin; the effect depends on the particular system and treatment area.
02
RADIOFREQUENCY / SKIN APPEARANCE
Venus Legacy Skin Tightening
Venus Legacy combines Multi-Polar Radio Frequency and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields, with VariPulse technology on selected applicators. Controlled heating is used in treatments focused on skin appearance.
03
ELECTROMAGNETIC STIMULATION / MUSCLE
EMShape Neo Muscle Sculpting
This is the muscle-focused option in Grace Light’s offering. Electromagnetic stimulation produces repeated muscle contractions during treatment.
04
A PERSONALIZED COMBINATION / MULTIPLE GOALS
Triple-Sculpt Neo Method
Grace Light’s coordinated pathway considers cavitation, Venus Legacy, and EMShape Neo together. It is a treatment plan built from separate technologies, rather than a fourth machine.

03
Contour assessment
Worth discussing when
Your main question is about a specific area of fullness.
Ask your provider
“Is this area suitable, and what evidence supports the device you’ll use?”
01
RF energy
02
Controlled heating
03
Skin appearance
Worth discussing when
You notice dimpling or changes in how firm your skin looks.
Ask your provider
“Are we treating cellulite, laxity, or both, and how do expectations differ?”
01
Magnetic field
02
Muscle contractions
03
Tone assessment
Worth discussing when
You want to understand options related to muscle tone and definition.
Ask your provider
“Which muscle groups can this device treat, and what change is realistic?”
01
Identify priorities
02
Select modalities
03
Reassess response
Worth discussing when
Your priorities span contour, skin appearance, and muscle definition.
Ask your provider
“Why would each treatment help my goals, and do I need all three?”
KEEP THE DIFFERENCES CLEAR
Your options, at a glance.
Use this as a conversation aid. It does not establish your eligibility.
Option | Primary Conversation | What to Clarify |
|---|---|---|
Triple-Sculpt Neo | More than one priority | Why combine, what to include, and when |
EMShape Neo | Muscle engagement and definition | Intended areas and device-specific evidence |
Venus Legacy | Skin appearance and cellulite | Temporary effects and maintenance |
EkoShape Cavitation | Localized fullness | Device suitability and realistic contour change |
AN HONEST PERSPECTIVE
Good guidance leaves room for reality.
Change takes assessment.
No universal visit count or result applies to everyone. Agree on a realistic goal and a point to reassess before committing to more treatment.
Comfort is individual.
Depending on the modality, warmth, suction, or strong contractions may be felt. Tell your provider about pain or unusual sensations.
Does non-invasive mean risk-free?
No. Possible effects include pain, redness, swelling, bruising, burns with energy-based treatments, and soreness or cramping with muscle stimulation. Ask for the risks specific to your device and treatment area.
What should I disclose before treatment?
Share your health history, medications, pregnancy status, implants, prior surgery, and skin concerns. Electronic or metal implants can rule out certain modalities. A provider must assess suitability.
How should we judge progress?
Agree on what will be measured and when. Consistent photographs, a review of your original concerns, and measurements when appropriate can support a clearer discussion than day-to-day mirror checks.
What if treatment is not right for me?
A useful consultation can end with a different recommendation, more time to think, or no treatment. You should understand the alternatives and feel comfortable with your decision.
FROM LEARNING TO A PERSONAL PLAN
You bring the questions.
We start with you.
A treatment name is a starting point. Your goals, health history, and assessment shape the actual recommendation.
01
Talk about what you notice
Describe the area, the change you hope for, and what matters most to you.
02
Understand the recommendation
Discuss why an option fits, its limits, alternatives, and what recovery could mean for your schedule.
03
Take time to decide
Clarify the full course, cost, maintenance, and when to review progress. You can leave with information and decide later.
CONFIDENCE IN EVERY LIGHT
Understanding comes first.
The next step is yours.
You can be curious without being ready. When you want a personal conversation, explore Grace Light and take the next step at your own pace.
