From the first cleanse to the finishing SPF, our 11-step protocol is designed to care for your skin from every angle. Your esthetician adjusts products and techniques to suit you.
The double cleanse

Makeup, surface oils, and the day melt away. A second cleanse with an IMAGE Skincare cleanser selected for your skin creates a fresh starting point.
Customized resurfacing

Dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, or a tailored combination helps refine surface texture. Dermaplaning also removes fine facial hair. Your esthetician selects the approach based on your skin and preferences.
Enzyme exfoliation

An IMAGE Skincare enzyme masque is selected to gently loosen dull surface buildup and leave skin feeling smoother and looking refreshed.
Thoughtful extractions

Skin is prepared with steam and a pre-extraction emulsion. An ultrasonic skin scrubber helps loosen debris, followed by manual extractions where needed and appropriate.
Sculpting facial massage

A customized massage pairs a hydrating serum with sculpting and lymphatic drainage techniques. Consider this your invitation to soften your shoulders and fully settle in.
The ice-globe moment

Chilled globes glide over the face, neck, and décolletage in gentle, outward strokes. A refreshing, cooling pause after your massage.

Protect your fresh start.
Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily and reapply every two hours outdoors. Avoid direct sun, tanning beds, and saunas for 24–48 hours.

Make gentle your go-to.
Use lukewarm water to cleanse for 24–48 hours and a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer. Avoid picking, scratching, or exfoliating the treated skin.

Give the actives a pause.
Hold retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and other active exfoliants for 48–72 hours. Wait at least 12 hours before makeup and at least one week before waxing, laser, or other resurfacing treatments.

What makes this the Everything Facial?
It brings cleansing, resurfacing, extractions, facial massage, ice globes, targeted technologies, masking, and finishing hydration into one comprehensive protocol. The products and treatment choices are personalized to your skin, so the details can look a little different from visit to visit.
Will I receive every treatment listed?
Your skin’s needs come first. The 11 steps describe our treatment framework; your esthetician may adjust, combine, or skip techniques based on skin sensitivity, health history, recent treatments, and suitability. Dermaplaning and microdermabrasion are customized rather than automatic.
How long should I allow for my visit?
The facial is designed as a 60-minute treatment. When you book, our team can confirm arrival instructions and whether to allow extra time for your first visit.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The protocol can be adapted for different skin types, but every technique is not right for every person. Tell your esthetician about sensitivity, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications, implanted devices, and recent procedures so they can assess suitability and make a plan with you.
Is there downtime? Can I wear makeup afterward?
Your skin may show temporary redness or sensitivity after resurfacing and extractions. Plan a gentle rest of the day, and wait at least 12 hours before applying makeup. If you have an event coming up, ask our team about timing before you book.
